Vision2020

Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are fewAsk the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

(Matthew 9:35-38)

Speaker: Peter Lin is married to Isobel (chair of EQUIP women) and they have 3 daughters. An Australian-born-Chinese, Peter grew up in Sydney’s North Shore but has served in Sydney's South-West since 1998, currently as Bishop. Peter loves the diversity of the Georges River Region (and the challenges it brings) and just can’t believe the privilege he has in seeing people from the nations of the world come to know Jesus. Peter is a straight talker with a great sense of humour.
